Sub-menus not working

QUESTION # 1: I’ve been banging my way through this and I’ve got the main parts of my menu working fine (great looking menu, by the way), but I can’t seem to get the sub-menus to work correctly.
I’m putting in the HTML for the page, as well as a screen snap of what I am seeing.
We want to change to this system, but I’ve got to find a way to make it work first! 😉
