    Total manual HTML site, the menu behaves properly when I open the file from my desktop, but not online. Here is the test: http://jonsachs.com/conlaxy2018/. With Chrome, the submenus don’t drop down on hover.

    Thing is, for the mobile version the sub menus DO appear on hover.

    Halp?

    (I did try moving the two .js links to the bottom in front of the script, and to the header, but neither fixed it.)
