Is there anyway to control the height of the submenu list?

Any possibility to define the height of submenu list. I would like to restrict the height for long menu list.
I have seen the following forum link.
https://www.smartmenus.org/forums/topic/is-there-anyway-to-control-the-height-of-the-dropdown/
It is worked if we don’t have submenu for the long menulist.
But in my case the long submenu list has another submenu list.
