SmartMenus License Types

There are currently four different types of license for the use of SmartMenus v6.0.2 ("The Script").

In all cases, the intellectual property rights and copyrights to The Script are the properties of Vasil Dinkov and ET Vadikom-Vasil Dinkov ("Vadikom").

Please note that you are not allowed to remove the copyright notices that are placed within the script files, regardless of the license type under which you might use The Script.

Non-Commercial License

Cost - free

The Script can be used under the free Non-Commercial License only on non-commercial websites/intranets. Those may be personal/hobby websites or websites owned and maintained by non-profit organizations or charities.

Some of the organizations that are allowed to use The Script under the Non-Commercial License are non-private schools, colleges, universities, hospitals, churches.

The Script cannot be used under this type of license on government, government agencies (unless charitable) or political body websites.

Website authors that are working for a client and are being paid for their work on a given website are not allowed to use The Script under the Non-Commercial License on that website, even if the client is a non-profit organization.

If you are not sure whether you meet the requirements for Non-Commercial License, please contact us with details about you and your website. Otherwise, you do not need to contact us in order to be allowed to use The Script under the Non-Commercial License - please feel free to do so if you meet the requirements of this license.

Distribution of The Script in any way and form without express written permission of Vadikom is prohibited under this type of license.

Single Commercial License

Cost - $55 USD

This type of license is appropriate for commercial use of The Script. The Single Commercial License allows you to use The Script on one (1) website or intranet.

A purchased Single Commercial License guarantees you:

  • free and unlimited in time priority support for any kind of technical problem or question you may have using The Script;
  • free upgrade for all future SmartMenus versions (you will automatically be added to the newsletter list and when a new version is released, you will receive a notification email with description of the new features and a direct link to the file for download).

Distribution of The Script in any way and form without express written permission of Vadikom is prohibited under this type of license.

Corporate Commercial License

Cost - $580 USD

This type of license is appropriate for commercial use of The Script. The Corporate Commercial License allows you to use The Script on any number of websites, intranets and mediums owned by your organization. This makes it suitable for corporations and large companies.

A purchased Corporate Commercial License guarantees you:

  • free and unlimited in time priority support for any kind of technical problem or question you may have using The Script;
  • free upgrade for all future SmartMenus versions (you will automatically be added to the newsletter list and when a new version is released, you will receive a notification email with description of the new features and a direct link to the file for download).

Distribution of The Script in any way and form without express written permission of Vadikom is prohibited under this type of license.

Unlimited Commercial License

Cost - $700 USD

This type of license is appropriate for commercial use of The Script. The Unlimited Commercial License allows you to use The Script on any number of websites, intranets and mediums owned by your organization. In addition this type of license also allows you to use The Script on any number of websites, intranets and mediums that are developed or maintained by yourself for third parties. This makes it suitable, for example, for webdesign companies.

This type of license also allows you to include The Script in any number of products you sell or distribute.

A purchased Unlimited Commercial License guarantees you:

  • free and unlimited in time priority support for any kind of technical problem or question you may have using The Script;
  • free upgrade for all future SmartMenus versions (you will automatically be added to the newsletter list and when a new version is released, you will receive a notification email with description of the new features and a direct link to the file for download).
