Using Google to translate (global) the website. Once I replaced orginal menu with SmatMenu, translation only works on current page. Any suggestions? Also, how can I include translation on submenus? Thanks.

The Google translator parses only the links that are on the page and it isn't able to parse the links in the menus. That's why, unfortunately, it isn't possible to "translate the submenus" the way you want to.
A workaround (that I would personally recommend for accessibility reasons) is to create a blank page for each link from your main menu (e.g. Home, Heroes Clubs, Catalog, Resources and Information) and make the main menu items links to these pages instead of setting href="javascript:;" for them. On these pages you should just place a plain list with the links for the sub sections (e.g. the links that appear in the drop-down sub menus). The Google translator will be able to parse these links and the users will also be able to browse your site with JavaScript disabled browsers.

Thanks for your help. As a result of your advice, I decided to run 2 sites parallel; one English, one Spanish instead of using Google translation.

Translation on Spanish pages almost done but not posted.
