I've been messaging with several of your other customers about various topics and the one thing we all agree on is that you provide support above and beyond anything expected, your communications are clear and concise and you have a very inquisitive mind -- figure it out or else!
This is just a big "THANKS" for developing a great product and supporting it in a truly open source spirit.
I'm about to buy my third license. I suspect there will be more in the future. Best wishes for a very successful career and thanks for all you do.

I second that, he is extremely beyond the call of duty helpful, saved me lots of time, and has developed a great little product!
