I need 1 ling to target the whole site. the rest of mij site all targets the bottom frame. how do i get that to work

As far as I got it, you have two frames- top and bottom, right? If this is it, I suppose you need the menus to pop in the bottom frame and to be called from the top frame (just like in the Frame Support example). Is this what you meant?
If this is it, you will have to set the s_target='self'. This way all menu links will target the bottom frame. You have to use *top* in front of the link that you need to Quote:
target the whole site(I suppose you meant the top window).
If I haven't got what you meant, please explain better.
