Hi,
Really cool vertical scroller! Works great in NS 4.7 and IE 5.5 but for some reason NS 7.0 adds a space the same size as the box directly below it. I'm using relative positioning inside a table cell and have tried everything I can think of to get rid of the extra space with no luck. Any ideas? Thanks

Hi,

I checked this and I think nothing can be done :( . It seems that this is the way Mozilla supports the clip and overflow css properties.

However I found that you can still put content in the area below the ticker. If this can be any solution in your case... :?

Thanks for checking on this. A great script and I thank you for offering it for free. Keep up the good work!

Hmm - is there no way of preventing this? I have the scoller in a fixed width and height table and that extra space that netscape 7 produces blows out my table! Help!!!! :P

No way :( The new Mozillas 1.3b+ don't have the bug but Netscape 7.0 has it. Netscape 7.1 has just been released and I suppose it doesn't include this bug as it is based on Mozilla 1.4.
